Brief
BizForce needed a platform that could serve a broad range of users — from small teams to larger organizations — without feeling generic or overwhelming. The product had to be flexible enough to adapt to different working styles and organizational structures while remaining intuitive from first use.
Challenge
Building a collaboration platform in a market dominated by tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Notion means the bar for usability and polish is extremely high. The platform had to feel genuinely purposeful — not just another tool to add to an already cluttered stack. Every design decision needed to be grounded in real user behavior and deliver measurable value to the people using it daily.
