You Submit
Fill out the referral form or simply CC us on an introductory email. We'll review your submission and send a confirmation email within minutes with your unique referral ID, so you can track the opportunity from the start.

Within 2 business days
We Confirm Eligibility
We check that the company is new to Shiftr and not already in our pipeline. You get an email either way — if they're already registered by someone else, we tell you immediately, not months later.

Within 1–2 weeks
Discovery Call
We reach out to your contact and schedule a discovery call to understand their needs. You're notified when the call is booked and when it's completed.

Within 1 week of discovery
Proposal Sent
We scope the project and send a tailored proposal. You'll get an update that a proposal is out — project details stay confidential between us and the client.

Decision
Client Decides
The client signs, negotiates, or passes. Whatever happens, you hear it from us. If they pass, your referral stays credited to you for 12 months — if they come back within that window, you still earn.

Within 14 days of first payment
You Get Paid
Once the contract is signed and the client's first payment clears, your 10% commission is processed via direct deposit or PayPal. You'll receive a payout confirmation with the exact amount and date.
