Webflow developer

We are looking for a Webflow Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and customizing modern, responsive websites. The ideal candidate can work confidently with both existing Webflow templates and custom Figma designs, understands Webflow CMS, and can independently deliver high-quality websites within deadlines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-based environment are essential.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Webflow

• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, Collections, and dynamic content

• Experience customizing existing Webflow templates based on project requirements

• Experience converting Figma/custom designs into Webflow

• Strong understanding of responsive web design

• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus

• Experience with Webflow interactions and animations is a plus

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently

• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy

• Good English communication skills

• Strong portfolio of relevant Webflow projects

Responsibilities

• Build and customize responsive websites using Webflow

• Translate Figma designs and project requirements into functional Webflow websites

• Customize templates and develop custom layouts according to project needs

• Set up and manage Webflow CMS and dynamic content

• Implement responsive layouts, interactions, animations, and custom functionality

• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent implementation across devices

• Identify and resolve technical, layout, and responsiveness issues

• Work closely with Designers and Project Managers to ensure project requirements are met

• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines

• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively suggest solutions or improvements

• Maintain clean, organized, and scalable Webflow projects
